To all PASA members

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Parachute Association of South Africa will be held in the ground floor meeting room at Grand Central Airport on Friday, 6 March 2009 at 18h00.

A number of proposed amendments to the PASA Constitution have been received by the NEDs in compliance with the constitutional requirement of 14 days before the SGM. These proposed amendments will be collated and made available to all members via the website and Toggle Times or any other available email and other communications as soon as possible but certainly no later than 72 hours before the SGM.

Please make every effort to attend this meeting. It is vital that a quorum is present on the day. The main business of this meeting is to consider proposed changes to the PASA Constitution. This affects every affiliated drop zone and every individual member.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person, please exercise your right to have a say over what happens in your sport by sending in a proxy. The proxy forms will be made available at the same time as the list of proposed changes.
